Austin | Court of Three Sisters | 300 Feet | 30 Floors | Proposed

I finally got around to starting a thread for this project. It's a sister project to the Arconia tower that is proposed for a site on the same intersection (24th & San Antonio.) Both towers are being developed by LV Collective with STG Design being the architecture firm for both towers.

The site plan was filed in April:

Just for clarification, this is the site across the street of the proposed Arconia tower:

I prefer the building that's there now. Reminds me of a little piece of New Orleans. They should design the tower in a similar way, then it would at least be interesting to look at.

I think ABJ may have the timing in their article wrong, but they're saying that NoCo Hospitality is opening a sports bar at 504 W 24th in the fall. Maybe it'll be in the completed project?
Quote:

The newest concepts coming up for NoCo are an elevated sports bar in West Campus, located at 504 W 24th St., with indoor and outdoor space, including food. This 1,750-square-foot unnamed project is slated to open in the fall, and lease terms are expected to be finalized this week.

Not moving forward anytime soon. Starbucks is also renovating their existing space here.

There haven't been any updates to the site plan applications in a long time for this and LVC's other 30-story building (The Arconia) across the street.

Probably from interest rates + waiting on UNO to get expanded

That's good. I always like the New Orleans theme look.

Same... I'd rather not see a highrise here. Let's leave some things as there are.
