Looks like another set back pile of crap. When is the city going to do something about this?
|
Is 9.5 feet per floor short for a hotel?

This is going in the gap between ESB and the Midtown mass; it most definitely WILL be visible, as it's on the same block as the recently completed Setai. Also, including a parking garage? Weird. |
Good thing that a lot of these projects in the 30's streets have been replacing the gap between the ESB and the Midtown mass. Along with replacing these short, crummy looking structures that usually look rundown. Hopefully these projects will bridge the gap and make the clusterf**k that is Midtown even more clustered, and wider .

Demo is probably far along right now:

Excavation is occurring for this project. Not quite on the street level, but below grade.

This was taken late December, so its much taller obviously. Another obscure development that nobody thinks about.
And its 400 ft! http://s17.postimg.org/iokp335yn/IMG_3617.jpg http://s12.postimg.org/855d0clq5/IMG_3612_Copy.jpg Credit: EastMillinocket |
