I'm a lover of all things Sichuan. The food is the best in China bar none.

Very modern city! I was watching it on Travel channel and the reporter was comparint Chengdu to New York and Las Vegas.:D

Hi to all here who knows more about Chengdu,

Just wondering if u guys heard of Panda Mall, said to be the biggest mall in the West of China?

Is it a popular and successful retail mall in Chengdu?

no!

though Panda Mall has a huge appearance, but there are only two famous stores here~
most of the space was left unused.

I think the new town plaza(chengdu) is much bigger, and all the space was leased.

I went to a Sichuan buffet in Guangzhou, best （Chinese) food I had in China. I had some great Irish food too. My best friend from China is from Chengdu, but she is studying at university in Guangzhou
