Bergenser Sep 20, 2006 4:45 PM

looks awsome. :D

NorthPole Sep 20, 2006 6:06 PM

Weird indeed :D
What are these void spaces (parts of floors cut out) on the rendering? Might it be a kind of "double height floor" areas or something like that?

As a rendering it looks great but when I see that kind of excentric shape I can't help myself to wonder if this will well endure the test of time.

I guess that comes from the fact I live in a place where have been built tons of excentric stuff in the 1970's which are widely considered as dreadful nowadays. We should never forget to not mix up original and esthetic.

Now this being said, that's only a rendering. Let's see how this will come up ! :)

:previous: As for Switzerland the proposed design is very classical (resembles two crossed Swiss watch springs :D In such design the only thing you have to do to make the tower higher is to pull the springs upword :haha: ).

I love this design. Looks very elegant and presents the company Roche very well. Looks like some biochemical structure.

I really hope they are going to built that.
Ive been to Basel a few times. Very nice city.
