A new $150 million facility at the University of Delaware will provide a space for testing new biopharmaceutical manufacturing practices as well as train workers in the highly technical skills needed to produce advanced medications.

UD, state and federal officials broke ground Monday on the SABRE Center, which stands for Securing American Biomanufacturing Research and Education.

The 70,000-square-foot SABRE Center will be located on the STAR Campus next to the Ammon Pinizzotto Biopharmaceutical Innovation Center.

I know its Toll Brothers, but some large projects nonetheless, mostly in Chester County.

Toll Brothers is building 1,600 homes across 11 Philadelphia-area projects. Here's where.

Can you give us the highlights?

If they're including Franklin Station and/or Northbank both are basically sold out. Both have only 1 unit remaining for sale on their websites. I can speak at least for Northbank, here they developed 191 units; every building except for 1 which is still under construction and I believe 2 of the "models" are sold and occupied. Even in the building under construction, every unit is in contract (12 units).

“Doylestown Walk” yet it’s not walkable to anything :haha::haha:

I feel like suburban home builders do this all of the time. Gotta love it.

Side not, where is the water at “The Reserve at Waterside” in Ambler?

It's a 55+ community with just an Ambler address but not in the borough and closer to the Bucks County line; if you're heading north it's right off of Limekiln Pike.

Summers was poking fun at the name not the location. "Waterside" with no water nearby.

But according to Toll's website, there is a large pool planned, lol.

Whoever does the branding at Toll Brothers is terrible.

You'll be buying a million dollar McMansion in what's trying to be a leafy neighborhood and the street names will be like Amanda Drive or Wendy Way.

I'm sorry. But if I'm trying to be fake posh I want to live on Lillyfield Lane or Mayfield Walk, not Amanda Circle.

My bad, I was in a rush and didn't finish the thought but I was calling out the location to finish with that there is water there, a big pond and a smaller one behind it and how the road and development got the names.

Haha, yeah, I was poking fun at the naming of the communities.

I'm surprised that Ambler one is still an Ambler address all the way up there. All in all though, this is a nice suburban area for anyone who likes suburbs. There is quite a lot around the Ambler, Blue Bell, Fort Washington, Spring House, Gwynedd, North Wales, Montgomeryville area. A ton of amenities around there for suburban loving dwellers. Ambler is a cute little walkable town too.
