Briefly on that tangent; is it reasonable to suggest that SCOTUS's decision to allow sports gambling at all levels could be used as a leveraging tool for funding future projects? I would think that going forward, mayoral and gubernatorial candidates nationwide can use a certain percentage of the profits made from it to improve their municipalities rather than waiting for funding from other sources, entities, etc. |

For me, what is precisely the joy I derive from watching this rise is starting to change from the sheer height of it---although that's still a big aspect---is the facade.
It now looks as if we have three distinct skins on this, including the quite ethereal crown, which to me looks like a symmetric, geometrized realization of the undulating base. |
