I hope it sells out and sells out quick, helping JDS make a fortune. Developers should be rewarded for giving us great architecture.
Meanwhile, let's hope the cheapskate developers giving us boring boxes and Kaufman eyesores go bankrupt. |
This tower is pure sex. A modern classic.

I will be glad to even own the lower floors in the building. It is so beautiful I prefer to just have the opportunity to live in it.

I am beyond happy to see how the views from Central Park are going to completely transform the city for residents and visitors alike!! :D |

I wonder if they filmed spider man in 2020, would he run out of web scaling these new supertalls? Seems like all the villains would have to do is hide in these penthouses, and spider man would not be able to reach them due to logistical issues. Not enough web being produced in time. Kinda similar to the glass crisis for NYC skyscrapers. Which raises the question.... how the hell does he have so much web on him and move so fast? Even if its compressed, it must weight 3 tons based on how much he uses? This is really a matter of engineering and classical mechanics and I want to know the secret.

I am a huge Spider-Man/Marvel fan but back on topic: when should we expect this baby to start fully going vertical? As of right now on billionaire's row, CPT and 220 CPS are most definitely above street level while 53W53 is still on the foundation, 520 Park is also above street level now but hopefully this beauty isn't too far behind. |

Hopefully Q1 would be nice. They are aiming I believe for a 2018 completion, so this should rise relatively quickly in super tall terms. If we are lucky, 432 Park speed. If everything goes to plan, by mid 2017; CPT, 220 CPS, and Steinway should all break the 250m mark.

What is going to be the highest habitable floor? Maybe 1200 feet?

I'd rather the stepped side face the park.

For all the talk of the Park view, there's still the City view. Of course, the residents will get both.

I didn't know Cary Grant is going to come back to life and buy a condo here.

in the last picture, its looks like 2000ft high... |
Why is it facing the wrong way?

The flat side offers completely unobstructed views of the park. Overall, it's an awesome place to enjoy. ;) |
