I caught the latest edition of The Agenda on TVO: Steve Paikin talking about Hamilton's resurgence with Marvin Ryder, Ryan McGreal, and Jeremy Freiburger. It is worth a viewing once the videos are posted (the Toronto NIMBY discussion was interesting too)

Any other thoughts here? There are a lot of people who still love to put down the city (just read comments in the Spec online now and then :haha:) and things are not yet all rainbows and lollypops, but the reality is more positive than some realize or are willing to admit. There are issues I wish the panel would have gone over but I thought this discussion was pretty good overall.
