I was driving down the Okopowa street the other day, when I noticed another construction site. I had only a few seconds to look at the rendering displayed, but it seemed like the building would be around 20 storeys tall. Does anyone have any info on it? DocentX: maybe you? You seem to know everything. :)

Libeskind, a juror at that competition on the scheme: "...it's a wonderful and avantgarde building and it fits nicely to the neighboorhood of the (stalinist) Culture and Science Palace..."... The Museum at the Plac Defilad, which is undergoing a transformation to become an agora (...) is scheduled to open 2010. It needs a lot more refinement. Right now looks too brutally minimal. It does define street edges and spaces well, but so would any other similarly configured box.
