Rail service between Beaconsfield and Kirkland
With more threads than there are railway ties in the entire country, it is high time for a thread about the possibility of high speed rail (or perhaps Hyperloop) service between Beaconsfield and Kirkland. I would label it the "Waste Island Route".
There could be stops at Woodland Ave, in Beaurepaire at Beaconsfield High School, the Boul. St. Charles Sud McDonald's, the Gare STM Beaconsfield, Sherbrooke and St. Charles, Boul. Kirkland and St. Charles, Autoroute Felix LeClerc and Boul. St. Charles, Rue Antoine Faucon & St. Charles, Hollefeur Park, le Colisee Kirkland, and Timberlea; with a spur line to Lacey Green and Ecclestone, and back down to Canvin/Hymus area. |
I think all seats on the train should be upholstered in green and I'm willing to fight anyone who thinks otherwise.

Hyperloop is nothing but a meme perpetuated by Elon Musk fanboys. Elon Musk is an anagram for "Lone Skum."

I don't know where either of those places are, but I'm onboard with it! :haha:

Mine, in Canada, would be a loop including the world famous Agincourt Mall, Yonge/Eglinton, Cabbagetown and Don Mills. |
I like that idea. The Sarsborough special.

Personally what I think this country is missing is a high-speed rail line from Maple Creek, SK to Iqaluit, NT. No Stops, built to the highest of standards. Those poor folks living up north need access to some tropical weather!
