There are only a few dozen of these red-velvet-rope players looking to buy in Manhattan at any given time, but snagging one is a golden ticket for a broker or developer

Best tower to rise in the city within the last 10 years. One for the architecture books that will be seen on the front book cover. Towers like 1000 Museum (RIP Zaha), 9 Dekalb, Vista (Chicago), this, 45 Broad, 181 Fremont (SF).... will all stand as symbols of the new American architectural revolution.

And where are my manners... I'd like to give a shout out for Verre as well. C-Unit!
