Wow, the densification of midtown continues! Love it. Love that last shot of the house next to the high rise. Give me very "Up" (Pixar) vibes.

It's an Historic funeral chapel known as Paterson Spring Hill, by renowned local Architect Philip Shutze. It's on one of the highest points in Midtown. It's being repurposed into restaurant and event space as part of a mixed-use development by Portman, named Spring Quarter.

Not really near BOA. Much closer to One Atlantic Center (IBM) and diagonally across the street from the new "Google" tower.

Gotcha, may have just been a rendering I saw somewhere that made it look closer.

A new top-floor restaurant and lounge is being planned for Atlanta's tallest building as part of the Bank of America Tower's $50 million revamp. Will this become Atlanta's highest restaurant? Situated on the 55th floor, which is the highest occupied floor, and with the main roof at roughly 780 feet, it may indeed claim the title of the city's highest restaurant. Currently, the Sundial at the Westin Peachtree Plaza, located on the 72nd floor, boasts the title of the highest elevated dining/public space in Atlanta at 723 feet above street level.
