Calgary- Arriva 44- 163 meters

This project is the 2nd of 3 towers in the arriVa residential project in Calgary. Tower 1 was 34 stories and has started occupancy.

Arriva 44 is 44 stories and 163 meters to the top of the roof element. Currently under construction with the excavation at 3 stories underground.

I will add that on top of Bigtime's request... I will help as much as I can to provide information on Calgary buildings and to provide clarification when needed. We had some good drawings by Architype and Vid a while back and we could use a lot more!

Looks pretty good. It may just be my eyes playing tricks from me, but the interaction between tower and podium looks a bit funny. But that's fine.

And yes, there are two of them. The third is probably going to increase in height in the future, but for now they (II and III) are both approved for the same height.
