Great update picture kph06. Does this mean that most of the excavation is complete?

Comparing kph06 and Jonovision's pictures, I wonder if the footings are for a permanent seawall, and the site will be excavated to a greater depth to the west side of the site?

The estimated completion date is 2019, and those estimates tend to be optimistic. I wouldn't be surprised if there were multiple stages to the site prep and excavation work.

First crane base is in.. It is right in front of Murphy's.

When is the crane going up? The slab under the base still hasn't been poured.

Looks interesting as a historical building but not very remarkable.

I've said this before but I think it would be good if some historic buildings were reconstructed on the waterfront. My first pick would probably be the old Hauser Stores building that originally had the naval clock on its roof. The current naval clock installation doesn't do it justice.

It's always interesting to see the different perspectives the building will be visible from.

I'm not sure what this blue metal structure is at the corner of the site? My guess would be either signage or perhaps a tank for a concrete plant on site.
