In the shadow of the Palace of Justice lies the Marolles, once an old and poor working-class quarter, now a trendy and popular neighbourhood with intimate bars and restaurants, antique and design shops. At sunday there's a fantastic flee market at the Vossenplein.

More Brussels photo's. The Parc Du Cinquantenaire is situated in the east of Brussels, near the EU-quarter. It's best known for its excellent museums like the Museum of Art and History, The Military Museum (with splendid airplane collection) and Autoworld, one of the biggest old-timer collections in Europe. In the park you'll also find Belgiums Big Mosque and at the edge there's the well known Berlaymont-building, home of the European Commision.
