Finally! Midtown has been building up that dense canopy at around the 300ft level for the last 10 years or so, and it's high time we see some new peaks sprout through that canopy.

On one hand it's nice to see Atlanta getting back into the height game. On the other hand this design is embarrassingly bad and does not deserve to share the skyline with all the vastly superior towers constructed ~30-45 years ago. I'm glad this isn't being built in my city. :yuck:

It would look a lot better if it was all slim. I don't like the heavy base to it.
