I definitely agree that it is not the city’s responsibility to build a freeway, that should be 100% provincially and federally funded. The guys commentary is great! People have been waiting since 1996 for such a basic project to be built? B.C. should be frickin' embarrassed over the state of their road network. They have the money to fix stuff and should get their butts in gear before MB wakes up and makes them look even worse.
