The Carling's Beer Store is quite something. I would guess it's late 1930s? The vehicles look like 1950s.

1930s on James Street North in front of the Lister Block. This may have a march that progressed down King St. West ended in Victoria Park. From The Journey from Tollgate to Parkway..."horses from a local bread company had been loaned to the Klan, and some spectators recognized them during the parade route through an Italian section of town.
