That's actually been the case for the past few years, but nothing to write about really. But it all depends. Gary Barnett even spoke about it. 220 CPS has been selling far better than expected.
The other towers will have to be absorbed into the market. Also, buyers have choice in this particular market of super high end condos. When One57 first came out, there wasn't a lot of
competition for it, as far as the sky high Central Park condo goes. Anyway, these units will get built and sold, and more will follow. The process will repeat itself.

So now we know what it will look like after they take off the blue wrapping. I like the steeley grey. It looks really nice with the wavy, frosted Nordstrom base.

The foggy pics above, with CPT and 432 Park, made me remember the original twins on a foggy day (if they were skinnier). Given the current status of both towers almost being close to each other and from a far, looking like twins. :(
