The Volkshalle ("People's Hall"), was a huge domed monumental building planned by Adolf Hitler and his architect Albert Speer for Germania in Berlin. The project was never realized. If built, it would have been a symbol of Nazi Germany and would be Germany’s tallest building to this day. Were to plans to include a public observation deck to look out over the skyline and surrounding area like the Empire State Building.

I've heard it said that HVAC would be a pain in the keiter about this thing. Fully occupied, the main auditorium would eventually produce clouds and rain from the perspiration from the audience. Yuck.
