Construction Starts On 15-Story High-Rise In Downtown Stamford

"Phase 2 of Trinity Financial’s Park Square West's project is a $46 million, 225,000-square-foot luxury high-rise with residential and commercial space, a release said. The 15-story building will have 209 apartments and about 6,800 square feet of ground floor retail, the release said.

Construction on the building began in May. It will be steel-framed, with a brick-faced precast concrete and glass curtain wall for its exterior skin, the release said. According to EastMillinocket of WiredNewYork, the building is at 2 stories as of 8/24/2013. We will eventually need another thread for the 19 story building on the corner of Washington Blvd/West Park! It seems like New York's residential boom is moving up Connecticut's Gold Coast! Also, I need help updating the Harbor Point mega-development. I'm not sure what is being built down there at the moment.
