Seems really odd that at this stage they are putting in the boardwalk, perhaps they want a 'weathered' look

I find it interesting how Queen's facade along Lower Water St is set back slightly...about 6 inches on each successive floor.

Oh, no, design flaw! maybe use a slanted brick like an external crown molding to alleviate this problem....

The renderings show a smooth layer of metal cladding on that part of the building. Looks like it will be sloped but not stepped.
