Hudson Block: Detroit | 800 FT
 
Detroit has a new tallest under construction at the site of the old Hudson's Department Store. It is designed by SHoP and Hamilton Anderson. Here is more info on the site:

It's not yet fully designed, though, which I imagine is what's keeping illustrators from it. There is no way to yet accurately render the top of the building. This may have to be held off on until we get some more solid renderings of the top.

True. I was just thinking, too, that the tower and shorter portion are actually separate buildings now. They are obviously the same project, but they would probably be better represented separately as illustrations.

how about the Monroe block residential tower? enough info appears to be floating around to illustrate.
