They should either mothball the embassy in case relations improve in a year or two, or tear it down because low end offices don't have a future right now. If it was the latter, it could become townhomes or something eventually.

I noticed that in Houston, towers seem to go for a darker glass than what you see in Austin or somewhere like Vancouver.
