The JDS site states early 2018 completion, so this looks like it will haul ass. Key word is "early" 2018. :D

Maybe this will top out by Q4 of 2017. Now that would be sweet.

Honestly as long as this tower goes up, I wouldn't even be mad if Central Park Tower gets a decrease or even stalls. This is by far the more interesting building.

Right, its moving at snail's pace but at least is not stalled like One CP.
