My flight to Greenland: Toronto - Frankfurt - Copenhagen - Reykjavik - Nuuk. Return is Nuuk - Kangerlusuaq - Copenhagen - London - Toronto. All booked by my company's travel agent who should know of the direct flight between Toronto and Reykjavik.

Bigtime Jun 16, 2014 8:20 PM

Well that would be an avgeeks preferred routing. :D

Your travel agent will never book you the direct flight, they won't make any money doing that.

Flying from Saskatoon to Montreal, my agent always tries to book me through Calgary. I get her to change it every time.

Dis you know that First Air flies to Nuuk from Montreal and Ottawa, with a connection in Iqualuit? Only twice a week, but still much, much more direct than your flight!

I did, though I think Air Greenland flies the Nuuk-Iqaluit sector. I think Nuuk-Reykjavik-Toronto is still preferable though.

Lol, Bo is such a badass.

Bigtime Jun 17, 2014 12:44 PM

Yeah, Bo just won the internet for the day.

Chadillaccc Jun 17, 2014 1:30 PM

The connection with the current main terminal is far more substantial than the renders would lead to believe. It is looking great! :)

Nice looking expansion in Calgary. How many square feet will that add to the airport?

The expansion is more square feet than the entire existing terminal.
