We need some of those buildings in LA. Sprout them up in South Park. I'm jealous of SD. Even though LA has a 54 story tower under construction (and a 800 foot tall tall tower most like next one to break ground), I like these mid rises alot. Even though the 500 foot tall height limit sucks as you can't really get too creative with things, I like it. And why doesn't Harbor Club light up anymore? SD's skyline is too dark. It needs color. The Hyatt Towers, OAP, and Harbor Club should all change color.

As someone mentioned above, look at the Salk. This is a world-renowned piece of architecture that uses alot of exposed concrete. It's beautiful

I think the fahreheight building also won an "orchid" award if I'm not mistaken. I think the concrete side looks nicer than the orange tin side

The giant Grigio Is also it going to get a roof top club, I can't think of the clubs name in LA , something like the "Orient" (think of the standard in LA). anyways my friends are stoked because the "orient?" is a great club
