That addition looks ridiculous, although even after they value engineer it it'll still be a strange addition. Broadway will be a much different street in a few years...along with many others in the area of course.

Had a great day today all exterior walls up
third floor walls started on the 5 storey addition
Its been fun adding on to this old building. Hope to be ready for the roof at the end of the week
