Podium needs some attention, but considering this is the first conceptual image... I have faith.

This building will be a good project for edmonton and skyline changer if built. I definately hope all goes through

Needs a bit of tweaking, but otherwise it will be a fine addition to the CBD. Does anyone have renderings of all the buildings that have been proposed over the years for the site? Ironwood I believe was one of them, was it not?

To quote Simpsons, "seven thumbs up!" The building downtown Edmonton has yearned for... Glad to see the design was modified! Can't wait to see this rise from that corner lot after all those years of stagnant proposals...

Great location, too. It will pretty much have 360-degree views until some of those neighboring low rises are redeveloped.
