Very similar podium to the Brad Lamb project 6th and Tenth in Calgary. Glad to see him venture into Edmonton as well.

^Looks good. I'm not crazy about the podium color. It's not bad in itself, but it doesn't go with the tower portion.

Other than that, the tower looks good.

Amazing!! Hopefully Lamb will get this going soon.

It looks like a combination of 6th & 10th, and Orchard.

Just saw pricing and floor plans, ~490-530/ft for most.

Floorplans are decent, but column locations poor in some units/areas.

Interiors look very nice, gas stove tops are awesome.

C2E reporting Jasper House with 92 units sold or about 35%.
