250,000 for the Grey Cup on RDS sounds pretty consistent - if the Alouettes are not playing. If the Alouettes are in it, it will easily top a million though.

As we have seen in some previous years, I am pretty sure that the Vanier Cup's ratings in Quebec were higher than the Grey Cup's.

This seems to happen every once in a while... I recall the Lions doing it in Winnipeg back in 2006, and it happened some other time too.

How hard can it be to bolt the damn thing to the base so it doesn't keep coming off?!?!

^ I was hoping the new base would have fixed that issue. It's been beaten up a lot worse than that over the years.

I really hope Ottawa doesn't bring back Maas, I can't stand watching that absolute nut job loose his sh*t at the ref's over every 5 yard + call against him.
