So is this one starting to shoot up? I haven't been following this one as much as Tower Verre and CPT.

streetscaper Feb 25, 2017 7:05 PM

It has definitely picked up a lot of pace since (at least) December. And now that it has cleared the surrounding buildings we expect the pace to quicken even more.

JDS Development Group states a early 2018 completion, so this will haul upwards soon.

It's close, but this is one of the top, if not the top (I alternate) skyline defining towers on the rise in the city currently. I alternate between this one and 53W53, but there are others that could be close.

Window cleaning nightmare?

I wouldn't wanna be dangling off that building trying to clean the glass behind the gold curved molding/spindles. :uhh:

Me too, this building is going to be gorgeous.

wpolom Mar 9, 2017 8:16 PM

Wow, stunning!

Mr Saturn64 Mar 10, 2017 12:47 AM

Y'know, I originally didn't like this building, likely due to how ridiculously thin it is, but seeing that facade changed my view. This building almost seems like Art Deco, only taller and thinner.

jayden Mar 10, 2017 8:22 PM

Going to be stunning.

I would for sure label this as Art Deco, or Art Deco Revival.

I wonder if this tower will eventually overtake 53W53 before that one tops out...
