I really can't understand their timeline for opening... Open it just at the tail end of tourism season??? How are they going to survive the winter?

I think September is actually the month with the most incoming cruiseships.

^ That would make sense, I haven't seen too many cruise ships so far this year.

It all starts tomorrow with one of the largest in the world, Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas.

^ That ship was just in Saint John yesterday, looked absurdly large once the high tide lifted it to its full height above the shore. It was literally several city blocks long and taller than most of our Uptown buildings.

I think it's only here for six weeks, not the whole winter.
