Thanks for all the comments! This was my second time in Nashville and it is a nice city.

It DOES seem to be quite popular. I saw one similar in Atlanta last year and there were two or three in Charlotte :haha:

Any idea what movie...or perhaps a music video, they were filming in Printers Alley there?
Another quick side note...it'd be great if they'd get rid of all the overhead powerlines, but I've heard that it costs a lot of money due to the massive limestone plateau Nashville sits on.

No, I couldn't tell what they were filming. A music video is a good guess though.

Atlanta IS in another league. But, I flew home out of Charlotte and got to explore it as well and, while Charlotte has a lot of great modern buildings, I didn't see much in the way of older buildings downtown. Nothing like Nashville, which should be given credit for the great stock of old, stone and brick buildings it has. The BellSouth (now AT&T) building though is one of my favorite modern skyscrapers. |
