Suggestion for Building Inspire Observation Tower in Charlotte
 

Do you think that the InSpire tower in Charlotte that was proposed in the early 1990's will ever be constructed. I feel that it should be built as it would be an iconic landmark and major tourist attraction for Charlotte in the same way as the Space Needle in Seattle or the Gateway Arch in St.Louis. People should go to city hall to convince the city to encourage private developers to have the tower built.
