We saw soil testers at One Chicago Center some months before construction, although I'm skeptical its an optimistic skepticism.

Got a response from the people of 1000M they said construction will start soon ( something they been saying the last year ) but a public announcement will be made soon .

The only counterpoint is I remember seen soil testing rigs on certain sites pop in and out for years before anything happened. They've test that site already a few times, so I'm slightly confused why they'd need to again. Anyone have insight onto that?
