Looks like it has 2 more set backs to go. If I'm looking at it right. Hopefully will structurally top out in 2 months.

actually, I think it is currently topped out. I expect related/oxford to hold topping out ceremonies for 30 and 35 on the same day for the publicity. 30 is probably a few days work away.

The West facade of the base could have been better done. Don't like that block nature to it. At least it will be covered up someday by another tower.
