Pinnacle Tower II will rise 45 floors and 659 feet and include a 255-room Upper Hill Hilton Hotel. Residential space will also be included. The Pinnacle Tower will rise 70 stories and 1,050 feet. The top floor will sit at 1,000 feet with an observatory at 902 feet. It will feature 46 floors of residential space, 11 floors of office space, and nine floors of retail space.

They should built it in Vegas.

Construction did begin, but the project has been on hold since late 2018 and is undergoing a redesign.
