一)旅館及商場綜合開發
開發面積為9,034.71 m2（2,733坪），總開發樓地板面積118,095.87 m2（35,724坪）。開發內容包括：地下6層及地上51層之建築；其中地下2至6層主要作為停車場使用，地下1層至地上5層則作為綜合商場，6層以上作為旅館使用，詳表5.2.2-5。
(二)辦公大樓
開發面積為3,061.16 m2（926坪），總開發樓地板面積42,330.58 m2（12,805坪）。開發內容包括地下6層及地上27層之建築，地下2至6層主要作為停車場使用，地下1層至地上樓層則依樓層所需作為辦公室及商場租用等，詳表5.2.2-6。
(三)住宅
開發面積為6,558.68 m2（1,984坪），總開發樓地板面積90,694.21 m2（27,435坪）。開發內容包括：地下5層及地上46層之建築，地下樓層主要作為停車場使用，地上樓層則依樓層狀況分為住宅及公共空間等用途，詳表5.2.2-7。

It looks nice, but why do they never stick to the original design? why does it have to change so much? Are the first rendering a nice picture to get investors, then f..k it we do something else? I know that there is a lot of regulations rules, but come on, they don't know/ check them when starting the design?

Looks like it's still in the approval process?
