That photo is the Broadway view. The face in the center is what will remain of the building currently coming down.

The residential component will be the 865,000 sf above the store, which Nordstrom owns. At whatever height it eventually rises, it will be another supertall rising, and a quality design no doubt. Only good news here. ( I would also caution about that height in the press release ).
