Any updates on this guy??

There is the potential of groundbreaking by summer. The site has already been pre-prepped for the tower and all they really have to do is dig the foundation and go from there.

Reports now show 25 floors.
Ground set to break this Friday. |
Significant height reduction ?
Glad to see it going in any case. |
I don't believe that's a height reduction, the condo tower is 26 floors on top of an 8 floor podium.

This building is proposed at a total of 25 floors. There is no 8 floor podium. Underground parking is already in place. |
Disappointing.

Dallas greatly needs yet another one of its vacant lots developed into residential. This happens to be condos and a high-end hotel. Win-win. And if you've ever walked the grounds of KPMG Plaza, been to Hall Office ParK, or dined at Flora Street Cafe like we did last week, you'll know that Craig does things first class. |

Hall Arts
This is so exciting! This project will change the Arts District completely. We could always use a taller building, but 25 floors will definitely pop up on the skyline in this certain location.
Will this tower still be 440 feet tall? |
