Kingdom Tower in Jeddah as Tourist Destination

Do you think that the Jeddah Tower will become a major tourist attraction itself like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Empire State Building in New York.and help Jeddah and Saudi Arabia become tourist destinations in their own right similar to what the Burj Khalifa did for Dubai and the United Arab Emirates and the Empire State Building did for New York City.

It could if:
1. they ever finish it
2. they actually develop the area around it.

New York City already had attractions and reasons for tourists to got there well before the Empire State building. And with Dubai, even though it was the middle of the desert at the time, hundreds of developments were in full swing when construction started on the Burj Khalifa.

Dubai also becomes such a famous tourist destination for its architecture, buildings, towers, beautiful sight, place, etc. I think Burj Khalifa must do it for Dubai.
