They've already got glass up on the first 2 floors. It's been dark when I've walked past but looks decent so far from what I've seen.

That glass looks cool! I think this building will look great when it is complete.

^^I just noticed in my own images, but look how the edges of the tower are cut off to create the shape.

This one and One South Halsted are two little gems from this boom. They are also built in good areas in need of some stand out architecture.

So far so good. The sculpted edges juxtapose nicely with that neoclassical bldg.

Glass is looking sharp. Very pleasant surprise.
Also, gives me hope that the entire tower might be curtain wall, which is always very nice to see on a residential tower.....sick of all the cheating-out with window wall..... |

Those corner windows will look baller from the inside.

Kind of getting a subtle Vista vibe in that rendering.

This is one of the few that ends up surpassing its renderings!
