Height Corrections in Sao Paulo

I measured the tallest buildings of SP in Google Earth, since the modelling of the buildings are almost exactly to real life they are trustable heights, more than the "official" ones

Mirante do Vale
https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1537

Roof height: 134m (yeah that sounds crazy, because the official height is 170m, but if you look the buildings in photos you will find that looks shorter than the Altino Arantes for example)

Edificio Italia
https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=1527

Roof height: 149m
Antenna height: 158m

Edificio Altino Arantes

Spire height: 168m
Roof height: 153m

Florida Penthouses A

Roof height: 127m

Florida Penthouses B

I have checked the height and it is correct: 134 m. But it doesn't have 51 floors, it has 45. The total height is equivalent to about 48,5 floors (adding the upper structure). The approximate height of each office level is about 2,71 m (ground floor: 4 m; the next 5 levels, around 3 m).

If you look at the photos, it seems possible, since the ceilings are very low:

Ceilings don't hide much (only the concrete slabs, actually, except in that apartment of the photo, where it's seen that it's somewhat lowered). If you look from the outside you will notice it:

Also, the building became mixed-use, as many of its offices were now converted into housing.
