Developed by same developers as infinity tower in Dubai http://www.skyscrapernews.com/images...rabia_pic1.jpg http://www.skyscrapernews.com/images...rabia_pic2.jpg http://www.skyscrapernews.com/images...rabia_pic3.jpg Quote:

Reminds me of the Time Warner Center in NY but with a little twist. I like it. Looks like a very promising project and the colors make the towers look very classy...
|
These are nice towers, but COMPLETELY misplaced! What is the point in building 1000+ft towers when there is absolutely nothing around? It isn't as if the view is going to get better after the 50th floor...
|
Nice...I like the twin diamonds motif.
|
I love it!
|
Is the cross section a triangle or a parallelogram ?
I'm confused. |

btw: really nice towers! |
^ Except back then, there WASN'T nothing around in Midtown Manhattan...
As for the tower; its beautiful, but I agree, it's definately too tall for the area. |
These are very nice and modern international style!

Site looks abandoned in these pictures but according to the people living there it's not. I think piling is finished now since ACC will be coming to start work soon

I hope it's not abandoned! This is a pretty cool project and I'd hate to see it go down...
|
:previous: Ya never know, especially with how global demand for oil has gone down
|
Oh hey they look nice...

this little downtown is in the same area/neighborhood that Lamar Towers are being built so you do have a view. the area/neighborhood is called Jeddah corniche. Also Jeddah has four buildings that are completed that are over 500 feet tall, one tower is over 800 feet tall so you do have a view. basically this tower is not in downtown, but more closer to the sea then the other tall structure. |
can anyone tell me wat is da current situation of this building??? how long will it take to build??
|
^^ Arabtec have now been appointed as the main contractor.
