For a new tallest in a city like NYC, this is rather dull. Its slenderness and height make it somewhat interesting, but certainly less so than its neighbors (111, 53W53, 345 Park).

Doesn't matter where the building will be or which country? But very important. Who is the end of the building? And of course it must be a room for the billionaire only! ........

Imagine having a home on one of those hills and having a view of the entire Manhattan skyline! You could record an epic timelapse or just take in all the skyscrapers being built from all angles!

you have to wonder how long can these stagnant partly built towers last open to the elements?

Shouldn't be a problem, see for example the Ryugyong Hotel in North Korea.

Crawford Apr 8, 2020 2:51 PM

The towers were secured for the elements before stoppage. The city allows continuing work if it's to secure a site.
