Argentine cities fascinate me because the downtowns have so many tall, skinny towers that interspersed with low-rise buildings. The dense areas sprawl out very far even in smaller cities. Is this a product of some sort of zoning? I looked on Google Earth at other Latin American cities and couldn't find a similar pattern anywhere outside of Argentina.
