What a shot! Look at that density! :runaway: Nowhere in the world, you have a 1,400 footer going up in such a super dense neighbourhood. Just an incredible feat all around.

This one is shaping up great. Going to be such a stunner! In my opinion, midtown Manhattan needs more street trees. I always thought so when I lived there. I don't know if they feel like the crowds are too dense such that it would cause problems.
