Developer plans 40-story apartment tower on high-profile downtown Dallas site

I've been gone for 2 weeks and just saw this. Lots of potential for highrises in this area. Can't wait to see which proposal gets underway first. :cheers:

Another great find, Maconahey.

I think it's quite commendable AMLI is designing a building to complement its neighbors.

They easily could have built a box.
