Like the form and height. The design is boring to awful. The location is nothing special.

Not commenting on the neighborhood although living next to Dundas Square is not an asset in my books. The actual site is less than stellar facing the ass end of Atrium on Bay.

The building in the distance, lower centre is this project....it's pretty noticeable along Yonge street, but from a distance it's gaining a presence.
